Role Purpose
EUROPTIMA is seeking remote expert services for the international!
We are recruiting Quantity Surveyors, residing in Lebanon, to work REMOTELY for a number of opportunities across our offices internationally.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in surveying, estimating and procurement
- Updating internal management systems as needed
- Preparation of Bills of Quantities
- Preparation of Cost Plans
- Reviewing contracts and tenders
- Cost control
- Reviewing Contractors’ Payment Applications
- Preparing final accounts
Requirements
- A Bachelors Degree
- 0-5 years of experience
- A Travelled personality
- Open attitude
- Confident and team spirited
- Capable of communicating with Clients and Colleagues
- Agile with technology
- RICS membership is a PLUS

EUROPTIMA is recruiting Senior Quantity Surveyors, for a number of opportunities across our offices in EUROPE and MOROCCO.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining good relations with clients and their representatives
- Managing cost & procurement
- Managing Resources
- Managing tenders, negotiations & contracts
- Providing advice on contractual claims
- Analyzing outcomes and writing detailed progress reports
- Preparation of cost plans, including early-stage strategic advisory
Requirements
- Full-scale know-how in Quantity Surveying, Cost Consultancy & Cost Management
- A Bachelors Degree
- 5-10 years of experience
- A Travelled personality
- Open attitude
- Confident and team-spirited
- Capable of communicating with Clients and Colleagues
- Agile with technology
- RICS membership is a PLUS
