How did you respond to the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic?
We have successfully completed several missions on behalf of our Customers, despite the lockdown.
The fact, that EUROPTIMA has been using effective digital tools for a long time has allowed us to ensure flawless performance on our ongoing projects.
Our team went on, to provide Strategic Advice and Due Diligence on Property Acquisitions and Sales.
We have supported our investors on the closing of complicated transactions of VEFA and BEFA, and have managed to contract important works contracts while ensuring total compliance with health recommendations!!
We had to double the effort— And this has been made possible thanks to the involvement and mobilization of our teams who have shown extraordinary flexibility, faithful to our corporate culture of defending the interests of our Customers despite all the difficulties, and to take to heart their (our) projects and the trust they place in us!
That’s why our customers have been loyal to us for more than 20 years! A great pride for EUROPTIMA.

It is undeniable that investors have been very cautious since the pandemic started, mainly because of uncertainties about future needs and demands placed on the Market.
Apart from few sectors that are well developed, it is certain that other products should be reoriented and reinvented. Our experts, work with our Clients, Investors and Developers on a variety of ideas.
Moreover, the pre-sale of the buildings Le CURVE, OPERA ITALIENS and MAGDEBOURG by our Client GCI, shows that the high-standard development projects are always sought after and are able to overcome any crises!
Well-thought-out design, implementation of the latest generation of services to meet the needs of the most demanding users, quality services adapted to standings and expected rent levels are the secrets of these successes. These are the main components of all our projects.
On another note, our current projects as well as our pipeline currently being finalized are putting a significant workload on us for the next few years. We are continuing our recruitment campaign this quarter and for 2021 in the hope of attracting a few qualified profiles within a few months.
