On behalf of syndicated banks, Europtima was chosen as a technical consultant to monitor the progress and compliance of financial performance of the development of Almaza City Centre - the first green-labelled mall in Cairo. Spreading on 276,000 m², Almaza City Centre project is a five-star shopping mall center with a range of unique selling retail points and leisure facilities, consisting of a hypermarket, main mall area, food & beverage and cinema complex.
